Not long after I started making cakes, I was asked to do a Minnie Mouse cake. I said "sure!" even though I didn't know really what I was doing. This is what I came up with. It took me multiple times to make the ears... The person ordering the cake decided on everything, the color scheme and exactly which tier should be which color. Thank goodness.
This is my second try. It was for a lady who was a friend of the person who ordered the first Minnie cake. I think it looks pretty good... and I remembered the ears from the first time.
This is the third Minnie cake. All they told me was that they wanted red and black. I found a cake similar to this one on Pinterest. In the end, I think it is a bit tooooooo busy but still turned out cute. And after 2 years I still remembered how to make the ears!
